I came just before high season arrived and the place was probably 20% occupancy but even better, Petrovac was also empty but the season was just starting up and so, all the restaurants were open
breakfast was meager and terrible but probably because there was only 20% occupancy at the time (my estimate on occupancy)

Spa and gym excellent, room and location excellent.
The waiting staff were rather cold and stand offish! We were one of two couples in restaurant for breakfast, although staff saw us, made no effort to serve us, we had to chase! Breakfast was disappointing, very limited.

We were very lucky as the hotel was very quiet not yet holiday period. The view from the room was stunning. The room was comfortable and very calm. I had a wonderful massage. The breakfast was very good.

Nice place during winter time but I do not recommend it for summer. The beach is too small.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The view when we get a sea view is great, The staff tries to make the customer happy.
In the restaurant, the staff does not clean the crumbs from the tables at breakfast... The table cloth are not necessary clean.

The sea view from the balconz, the spacious room and the indoors pool
1. The staff was not properly trained for a 4 stars category hotel. Very few were speaking fluent English 2. The cost of the room was quite high for the location of this hotel given that Petrovac is a mass tourism destination,a nd especially during the last weeks of July the area was very crowded including the ebach in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located right next to the beach, in Petrovac, which itself is a very beautiful part of the Montenegran Coast Line. The town has a good supermarket, many good restaurants, diving and water sports opportunities. The main beach can be crowded (though there is a section devoted to hotel users), but there are other beaches, reachable by peddle boat or bus that are less so (even one hidden beach that is practically empty). The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent pools and gym, professional and friendly staff, well air conditioned rooms with English, Russian and Serbian language tv channels, and a good and extensive breakfast buffet selection, with changing hot items (though no smoked salmon, which I would kill for at a breakfast buffet!). The vast majority of guests are Russian, who were in general quiet and polite, though there were a few young children around the place who weren't always well behaved.
Whilst excellent, and a place I would recommend, the real star of the show is Petrovac itself, and as such, the luxury of the hotel is perhaps unnecessary and thus, a waste of money. From my personal perspective, with crystal clear, calm seas, warm beaches, stunning scenery and an abundance of good food, drink and activities, there is little need for a swimming pool or spa treatments; we used the gym every day but the pool only twice in the week we were there, and we had no treatments. As a result, the quite high price of the hotel, combined with high prices for cocktails and treatments within the hotel, means that money might be better spent by visiting a less well appointed hotel, and then the savings spent on food, drink and activities in Petrovac itself.

The sea side room was very nice and spacious. The room had many necessary accesories and was clean and comfortable. If you plan to stay here you should definitively stay on a sea view room as the others really look to nowhere. In overall it was a very nice experience, very quiet and relaxing, we would for sure repeat it anytime soon.
The breakfast and the food in general could be better.

Location is good. In the spa the saunas were nice.
Buffet breakfast was quite substantial, but quality of the food was not very good. There is an extremely noisy nightclub on the beach actually not that close to the hotel, but if you have a room with a sea view you can not avoid hearing the noise during the night. Earplugs are highly recommendable (as they are everywhere else in the Balkan area). In the spa the jacuzzi was not functioning at all.

I enjoyed mostly the SPA...nice staff, and it has a very good option to have a walk or running along path with trees that is behind the hotel where can enjoy green nature and sea meanwhile. It was good very good for its price.
I was scared of the amount of ants through small tables at the swimming pool.
